Sorry that I have been away for such a long time!

The "best" solution to bring back the EU channels is to download this: http://www.fiddler2.com/Fiddler2/version.asp (DO SO WITH CARE, THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT MADE BY ME SO IT COULD POTENTIALLY DO ANYTHING!) Perhaps test it on a friends PC before using on your own machine! LOL!

Run this application and press CTRL+R to open the "custom rules" file in notepad. You then need to add this new code, shown in RED:

oSession.oRequest["X-Forwarded-For"] = "194.230.72.68";

You must add the new code in the correct place, which I have shown here (new code is RED):

    static function OnBeforeRequest(oSession: Session)

    {

                oSession.oRequest["X-Forwarded-For"] = "194.230.72.68";

                // Sample Rule: Color ASPX requests in RED

//        if (oSession.uriContains(".aspx")) {    oSession["ui-color"] = "red";    }

You can then watch all the EU Channels again on Tiiveni TV or any other method that you please.

Hi D_M_W!

Thanks for the great help with the "X-Forwarded-For" info! I would never have thought of that myself.

I haven't tried but I guess that anything set to have proxy connection on localhost:8888 should work just fine (including Firefox) when used with Fiddler2.

It seems that you can write your own jscript.NET and to make Fiddler2 do all kinds of tricks.

:)

It also seems that you can delete the referer header and replace it with another referer. That should help me a lot if I can get that to work! ;)

Maybe we can add a lot of news channels again that we used to have a few months back....

I think it's .NET version 2, and it should automatically set connection settings for all Microsoft software.

I still don't know how reliable it is or how safe it is. We will soon know...
